Where is the community located?
Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge, with easy highway access, yet tucked into a private mountain setting near the Toccoa River, Lake Blue Ridge, the University of North Georgia, and KOA RV park.
When will homes be ready?
Ground construction is scheduled to begin by the end of 2026, with completion anticipated in 2028. Check with us for updates on when reservations will open and be among the first in line to secure your townhome.
